One-shot audits

These audits provide a vendor-independent performance analysis of the network and are often used during special events like sporting events, concerts, new service / technology introduction, equipment swap / upgrades.

After a detailed assessment of the current state and configuration of the network, Astellia’s auditors thoroughly troubleshoot operators’ networks. They identify areas of concern that may impact the overall performance and availability of the network, any areas of traffic congestion and points of sub-optimal use of Astellia’s products. The deliverable will be a single report with detailed and concrete corrective actions designed to optimize network performance.

Regular audits

Regular audits are carried out at specified intervals or are performed during an intermediate period (e.g. one month, three months). A dedicated Astellia expert team provides a periodic performance assessment through in-depth troubleshooting, delivering regular reports, recommendations and follow-up.

Typical use cases are the introduction and ramp up of the Astellia solution, outsourcing of network performance management, new technology implementation on the network, etc.

Regular audits are important, especially for large projects, to ensure that milestones are achieved and to prevent project failure.
