Job profiles

Managers / Engineers / Technicians in computer science, telecom or sales, your English is fluent, a second language, such as Spanish and Arabic, is appreciated.

We regularly recruit the following profiles:

  • Telecom Engineers and Telecom Project Managers
  • Customer care Engineers / technicians
  • Operations Engineers / technicians managing installations on customer’s sites
  • R&D Engineers specialized in software development
  • Sales Managers, pre-sales Engineers, product managers.

Many of our positions can involve regular international travel. Business trips can last several days or weeks throughout the world.

Training program

Continuous training on new technologies, products & personal development represents more than 4% of the total personal expenditure.  A personalized integration program is in place for each new comer.

Moreover, thanks to its internal University, Astellia offers collective trainings in intercultural, economy, management, so that everyone can contribute to the overall performance of the company in respect of its values.

Professional growth & evolution

There are real opportunities to grow within the Company, to extend skills and to develop leadership. The internal mobility is promoted, depending on opportunities, after 2 to 3 years of seniority in a position.


Each year, around twenty students choose Astellia to acquire skills and work experiences during or at the end of their studies. The internship is also a good vector of recruitment.
