Christian QUEFFELEC: Co-Founder Chairman & CEO

Christian Queffélec is Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Astellia SA. He is a graduate of Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Rennes and holds a Postgraduate degree in Statistics from Université de Rennes I, which he obtained in 1978. He started his career at Cap Gemini working and from 1983 to 1985, he took part in the creation of the telecommunications branch of SEMA (now Atos Origin) in Rennes.
At the same time, he took part in the creation of Edixia in 1984, which he joined in 1985 as Project manager and was subsequently appointed CEO from 1987 to 2001. From 2001 to 2006, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Edixia. Mr. Queffélec created Astellia in 2000 together with Emmanuel Audousset, Julien Lecoeuvre et Frédéric Vergine. Mr Queffelec is also Member of the Board of the Rennes Atalante Science and Technology Park and of ESC Rennes Business School.
Emmanuel AUDOUSSET: Co-founder & Executive Vice President Business Development

He graduated from Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité (Supelec) in 1983, and holds a Postgraduate degree in Economics and Management from Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Postgraduate degree in Materials Science from Université Paris V René Descartes as well as a Masters in Telecommunications, Economics and Strategy, which he obtained in 1990.
Mr. Audousset has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications sector and worked for France Telecom in the international consulting subsidiary Sofrecom. In 2000, he took part in the creation of Qositel and was Director of Sales and Marketing of the company until it merged with Edixia Telecom Technologies to become Astellia. At Astellia’s creation, Emmanuel Audousset was Sales and Marketing Director. In 2011 he took on responsibility for Astellia’s Business Development, including market analysis and the creation of partnerships with network equipment vendors and technology partners.
Julien LECOEUVRE: Co-founder & Executive Vice President Innovation & Strategic Marketing & Chief Technological Officer

Mr. Lecoeuvre is an Engineer, who graduated from ENSERG - Grenoble INP (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique et de Radioélectricite de Grenoble) in 1993 - and specialized in telecommunications at McGill University in Canada. Mr. Lecoeuvre was a Researcher for the French Ministry of Defense from 1993 to 1994 and then joined France Telecom Mobile, where he was involved in mobile network architecture and design.
From 1997 to 2000, he worked for the research and development unit of France Telecom on mobile network optimization and then took part in the creation of Qositel as its Technical Director. At Astellia's creation, Julien Lecoeuvre was Director Research & Development. In 2011 he became CTO, in charge of Astellia's innovation and strategic analysis and planning.
Frédéric VERGINE: Co-founder & Executive Vice President Products

A graduate of Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Toulouse in 1989 and Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité (Supelec) in 1990, he joined the research and development unit of France Telecom in March 1992 as an Engineer and then as Manager of a team in charge of optimization and monitoring solutions for mobile networks.
In 2000, he co-founded Qositel and was Chairman of the company until 2002, when the company merged with Edixia Telecom Technologies to become Astellia. In 2003, he became Technical Director as well as General Manager and member of the Board. Frédéric Vergine has been in charge of Astellia’s Products business unit since 2011.
Rajesh SHARMA: Executive Vice President Sales & Customer Operations

Mr. Sharma holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from IIT Kanpur, an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and has completed Executive Programs from Wharton Business School and London Business School. He has more than 15 years of successful international sales and business development experience in the Telecommunications industry with companies like Telstra, Lucent Technologies, Citrix, Nortel and Tata Group.
Since joining Astellia in May 2011, Rajesh Sharma has been directly responsible for the worldwide revenue generation efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the company's sales business unit including sales, customer operations, customer care and marketing departments. He manages the development and implementation of the Astellia's commercial strategy. Since 2006, he has been a member of Executive career panel for Corporate Entrepreneurship elective for MBA program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
Vincent ALLIOT: Executive Vice President Consultancy & Services

Vincent Alliot is an engineer who graduated in 1993 from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electronique de l’Ouest (ESEO) and obtained an Executive MBA in 2005 at the Business School of Rennes. He started his professional career in 1993 as an account manager at Prana. In 1998 he became RF Business Unit Manager at Tekelec Temex.
Vincent Alliot joined Astellia in 2000 as an International Business Development Manager. In 2006 he created the Consultancy and Services business unit and since then, has managed an international team providing expert telecom recommendations for optimizing network performance.
Arnaud CHAZALON: Chief Financial Officer

He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance. Before working at OST in Rennes (1991), he started his career at KPMG, then at Carrefour. As Chief Financial Officer, he was involved in OSTs’ sale to the Newbridge group. In 1999, he took over as General Manager of AQL. Board member and CFO of Highwave Optical Technologies, he joined Flextronics in 2003 as CFO and became its Chief Financial Officer France. He joined Astellia in 2007 as CFO.
Marie-Laure LEVESQUE: Director Human Resources

Marie-Laure Levesque holds a Master's degree in industrial economics (1990) and a PHD in Business Administration & Human Resources. She began her professional career as a recruitment consultant (1991-1996).
Between 1996 and 2000, she was responsible for recruitments at Cegetel and was promoted to human resources manager. She then joined the phone division at Philips Le Mans as a human resources manager. She has been Director of Human Resources at Astellia since 2008.
