Nova Geo includes a geo-location engine that leverages radio measurement data to produce RF coverage and quality maps. Nova Geo enables measuring the impact of optimization tasks on the network (tilting, azimuth & power modification).

Radio engineers can obtain multi-point geolocated positioning every second for every subscriber and better understand issues they experienced. This geolocated information can be injected in operators’ big data lake to enrich customer experience analysis and can be leveraged by marketing for geo-fencing, geo-marketing etc. to create new revenue streams.


Radio sanity checks

Nova Geo provides automated analysis which detects incorrect radio settings and generates recommendations to reach optimal QoS. This analysis concerns neighbor list optimization, BA list / PSC / PCI clashes, crossed sectors, cell overshooting, etc.


Advanced predictive algorithms

Nova Geo's advanced predictive algorithms distinguish indoor/outdoor, static/mobility calls (high speed train, motorways) and coverage & traffic hotspots. This information can be used to improve network planning by recommending additional small cells, proposing mobility scenarios monitoring, etc.



Configuration parameter consistency

Maintaining a consistent database of network configuration parameters is a challenge for any operator and any parameter inconsistency can have a negative impact on network QoS. Nova Geo includes a set of consistency checks that identifies errors in configuration parameters settings such as out of range values, missing elements, conflictive settings. The proprietary algorithms enable self-configuration of newly deployed sites or technological features to minimize human intervention and reduce operational costs.
