Configuration

A dedicated Astellia team in charge of the daily administration of Astellia solutions ensures that the solution configuration follows the complex evolutions of the operator’s networks, eg. Additional cells, BSC or cell migration, equipment vendor swap, etc.

Supervision

We guarantee complete solution supervision and full module configuration on a daily basis, by checking the proper functioning of all the components of the Astellia Solution.

Reporting

We report on the number of CDRs, integrity rates, captured network elements, detection of misconfigurations, etc. to meet the Service Level Agreements (SLA) between Astellia and mobile operators.
