Monitoring your Access Network raises issues. The causes relating to problems are displayed. However, in case of an issue having its deep source on the core, the detailed cause is missing. Cigale Core CS displays the missing puzzle piece of your investigation from the monitoring of the MAP link. You save time. You directly address the deep cause.

Example:

"Network failure" is the cause raised on Gb interface by your Cigale GPRS.
