T&A Xpert

Automatic problem diagnosis and optimization

Available as an extension to Trending & Aggregation, T&A Xpert is the market’s leading expert system for automatic diagnosis and optimization. The new application is designed to help optimization teams diagnose complex problems occurring on the network, shorten analysis time, share best practices and increase the scope of network surveillance.

T&A Xpert is a rule-based expert system correlating data from monitoring KPIs, OMC counters and alarms. It scans your whole network in the search of potential problems and automatically spots cells impacted by quality regressions.

Xpert then analyzes issues identified, lists them by severity level and recommends corrective actions to engineers.

Diagnosis results are delivered within the T&A web interface displaying:

• The list of most impacted cells,
• The diagnozed causes,
• Details about the rules and scenarios used for the analysis including hyperlinks to corresponding graphs.

A number of preset business rules are provided with T&A Xpert.

The solution also features a dedicated management interface designed for expert engineers to create, publish and share their own diagnosis rules across operations.
