Since June 2016, Abdelkrim Benamar is Astellia Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
He joined Astellia in July 2015 as COO and was leading the effort to improve Astellia’s commercial and operational performance with mutual benefit to the company and its customers.
Abdelkrim Benamar previously held executive positions at Alcatel-Lucent such as VP EMEA, CEO of Alcatel-Lucent International, and VP & Global Head of Financial Analysis & Risk Assessment.
Formerly, Abdelkrim Benamar worked for Ericsson Group (2000-2007), Motorola (1996-2000) and Alcatel Mobile phones in various areas such as R&D, Communications & Public Affairs, Strategy & Sales.
Abdelkrim has an engineer degree from Telecom Sud Paris (formerly known as Institut National des Telecommunications) and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Université Paris Sud.
Frederic Vergine is EVP Strategic Customer Engagement since 2017.
Frederic Vergine joined the research and development unit of France Telecom in 1990 and was in charge of optimization and monitoring solutions for mobile networks. In 2000, he co-founded Qositel and was Chairman of the company until 2002, when the company merged with Edixia Telecom Technologies to become Astellia. In 2003, he became Technical Director as well as General Manager and member of the Board. In 2011, he led Astellia’s Products business unit.
He graduated at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Toulouse in 1989 and Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (Supelec).
Julien Lecoeuvre is CTIO, in charge of Astellia’s innovation and strategic analysis and planning.
Julien Lecoeuvre was a Researcher for the French Ministry of Defense from 1993 to 1994 and then joined France Telecom Mobile, where he was involved in mobile network architecture and design. From 1997 to 2000, he worked for the research and development unit of France Telecom on mobile network optimization and then took part in the creation of Qositel as Technical Director.
He graduated from ENSERG – Grenoble INP (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Electronique et de Radioélectricite de Grenoble) in 1993 – and specialized in telecommunications at McGill University in Canada.
Emmanuel Audousset leads Astellia’s Global Account & Indirect Sales department.
Emmanuel Audousset has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications sector and worked for France Telecom in the international consulting subsidiary Sofrecom. In 2000, he took part in the creation of Qositel and was Director of Sales and Marketing of the company until it merged with Edixia Telecom Technologies to become Astellia.
He graduated from Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (Supelec) in 1983, and holds a Postgraduate degree in Economics and Management from Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Postgraduate degree in Materials Science from Université Paris V René Descartes as well as a Masters in Telecommunications, Economics and Strategy, which he obtained in 1990.
Patrick Orsini is Astellia EVP Business Unit Services.
He joined Astellia in January 2016 as Transformation Program Director, leading the effort to improve Astellia’s efficiency & operational performance in several areas such as products and services, methodologies/processes/tools, organizations.
Patrick Orsini previously held executive positions at Alcatel-Lucent such as Global Pricing Director, Business Operations Director, Sales Excellence Director.
Formerly, Patrick Orsini worked for Ericsson Group (1992-2009) in various Services domains (Business Development, Program Management, Design, Roll-Out, Customer Support, Managed Services), and for Thomson-CSF – now Thales – (1988-1992).
Patrick Orsini has an engineer degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées (ENSTA).
Franck Lamouroux is Astellia EVP of the Product Business Unit.
He joined Astellia in January 2017. He brings more than 20 years of telecom industry experience to the role.
Before joining Astellia, he served as a Program & Project Director at Nokia in the Mobile Infrastructure division (formerly named Alcatel-Lucent), EVP Research & Innovation at Technicolor, Director Mobile Broadband & Home Device Competence Center at Huawei Technologies France.
Franck Lamouroux holds a Master of Applied Physics from the Université Paris Sud (1990), a Glass Spectrometry Master of Science from the Sussex University (1995), and a Telecommunications & Communication Devices Engineer Degree from ENST Paris (1997).
Emilie Donnaint started her career at Astellia in 2003 and created the Sales Administration department. This department was in charge of customs, transport and international logistics as well as customer order processing and invoicing management.
To support Astellia business growth, she founded in 2005 the Global Sales Support department. Emilie Donnaint was in charge of commercial quotations and contract management, together with sales planning and business performance management.
In 2014, to further strengthen operational efficiency, she was appointed Global Sales Operations director when the two departments merged. Emilie Donnaint now coordinates the overall sales lifecycle and processes used throughout the organization.
Emilie Donnaint graduated from the ESC Rennes School of Business and holds a degree of Higher Education of Business Studies from the Open University of London.
Marie-Laure Levesque has been Director of Human Resources at Astellia since 2008.
Marie-Laure Levesque began her professional career as a recruitment consultant (1991-1996). Between 1996 and 2000, she was responsible for recruitments at Cegetel and was promoted to human resources manager. She then joined the phone division at Philips Le Mans as a human resources manager.
She holds a Master’s degree in industrial economics (1990) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Human Resources.
Anne Retout is Purchasing & Facilities Director at Astellia.
Since 1999, she has held various responsibilities in Purchasing, always in high-tech environments (France Telecom Terminals – Orange Purchasing Center, MPO International – world leader in CD and DVD manufacturing) and joined Astellia in 2007 to set up and structure the company’s Purchasing department.
She takes on the responsibility for the Group’s Facilities and Insurance in 2017.
Anne Retout holds a Master degree in Sales and Purchasing Management.
